Rolf Bergman co-authored Management with Stephen P. Robbins and Ian Stagg.

Rolf Bergman has worked in management education and management consulting in Sweden, New Zealand, South-East Asia and Australia. He is currently responsible for the on-campus and off-campus subjects in Introduction to Management and Human Resource Management in the Department of Business Management at Monash Universtiy.

Rolf Bergman and Ian Stagg have also written and supervised in the production of the ABC TV series Everybody's Business: Management in Action.
