Henry R. Cheeseman received his B.B.S. from Marquette University, a M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, a J.D. from UCLA School of Law, a Masters in Tax from the University of Southern California, and an L.L.M. from Boston University School of Law.

Professor Cheeseman has taught at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business since 1978. He currently teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Law and Law in Finance, as well as courses for the Executive M.B.A. program. He is the author of numerous Prentice Hall books, including the Legal and Regulatory Environment of Business and Essentials of Contemporary Business Law. Professor Cheeseman resides in Los Angeles.
