David A. DeCenzo is the co-author of Fundamentals of Management with Stephen P. Robbins.

David A. DeCenzo earned his Ph.D. at the West Virginia University and is a professor and Chair of the Department of Management at Towson State University.

His major teaching and research interests focus on the general areas of human resource management, management, and organizational behavior. Dr. DeCenzo has industry experience as a corporate trainer and has served as a consultant to a number of companies. He has also served as the Executive Editor of the American Journal of Small Business and as Contributing Editor of Audio Human Resource Report.

Dr. David DeCenzo has written and co-authored a number of text books. His most recent books include: Supervision (1998), Human Relations (1997), Human Resources Management (1996,1994), and Fundamentals of Management (1998,1995)
