Michael A. Britt, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University at Albany in 1991. He teaches a variety of courses, including Introduction to Psychology, Research Methods and Statistics, History of Psychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Michael is very involved in developing methods for enhancing the teaching process through technology, and his work with Active Learning Technologies, especially on the PHLIP, WebCT Online Courses, and the Perils of Pauline CD-ROM, continues to extend and excite this interest.
