Roberta S. Russell

Roberta S. Russell is Professor of Management Science and Information Technology. She received her Ph.D. from Virginia Polytechnical Institute and State University, a M.B.A. from Old Dominion University and her B.S. degree from Virginia Polytechnical Institute and State University. Professor Russell has written for several journals such as Business Horizons and the International Journal of Production Research. She is also the co-author of the Prentice-Hall text, Service Operations Management. Dr. Russell has lent her talents to such honorable organizations as DSI, ASQC, POMS and the Southwest Virginia Chapter of APICS. Her primary research and teaching interests are in the areas of production and operations management, service operations management, simulation, and quality.
